The Ras song Cân Ras yr Iaith is now afailable to listen and enjoy! This will be the summer song for 2013!

The song was composed by Dewi ‘Pws’ Morris. It was recorded at Stiwdio Fflach in Cardigan with technical and musical backing from Hefin Elis and Dafydd Saer and also backing vocals by the young Aberystwyth group from Ysgol Penweddig, Y Mellt.
“The song positive and jolly, in a Cajun-style. It names some of the main towns the Ras will run through as we ‘pasio’r baton a phasio’r iaith ymlaen’ (passing on the baton and passing on the language). The tempo of the song is also ideal for running to. This will be the summer song of 2013!” said Rhodri Francis of Cered who worked with y Mellt.
The next stage is shooting the video to go with the song.
